30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

 

Condition. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. For health and hygiene items (including support braces), items that have been worn for an extended period or show signs of use may not be returnable; brief fitting to check size is fine.

 

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described — in those cases we cover return shipping or send a replacement.

 

How to return. Email ridgewoodkarate@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we will confirm the return address and steps. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.

 

Refund timing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges, if any were paid, are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges. For a different size, return the original item under this policy and place a new order, or contact us and we will help arrange it.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue; we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping.
